How time is divided in Sybarus
In Sybarus, the number 12 is of great importance, and this is reflected in the way time is divided.

There are 12 hours in each day. There are 12 days in each Wei (week). There are 12 Wei in each hena (year). |
Sybarite Hours
During each of the twelve Hours, a different god or pair of gods achieves dominance. At this pinnacle, some exert themselves in the temporal plane, manifesting as apparitions or actually taking physical form.
During each of the twelve Hours, the different Gods of those Hours are worshipped, appeased and appealed to. The main rituals are held in the Temple of the Hours in the Temple Pale of the
bazaar village. They may also be sought at their various shrines and altars scattered throughout Sybarus.
Most, but not all, of the gods of Sybarus, have distinct periods of worship. Some notable exceptions are Schlachlil, Mascarvin,
Azauph, and Aclolthayr.
Sybarite Wei
While each hour represents the ascendancy of a different god, the Wei represent 12-day periods during which certain types of power, called magic by some, are at their strongest.
There are twelve Wei:
