I can understand this. Having a principle you cherish violated is often the final straw, and I accept the responsibility for the potential that my restoration plan has violated certain principles that are extremely important to certain players. I will again raise up the notion, however, that the principles I refer to (specifically, that to restore deleted players seems to be forgiving known cheaters at the expense of the honest player) were doing nothing to counter the downward trend of player activity on the mud. Indeed, my experiment is shaking some things up. Is this necessarily a bad thing? I say no. Is it going to potentially prove to do more harm than good? Only time will tell.
