t's been a few days since the incident now and all gems have safely
been returned, it's relatively safe for me to post this. Six days ago I
came to close to the wraith's hideout, up here in the world of the
wizards, and while desperately trying to keep my ears away from his
nibbling teeth (after all, I did not yet feed him that day), I crashed
into his treasure chest and spread the contents of it all over the donut.
As Stern has been busy extorting mortals for a long time, he has gathered
quite a collection of rubies, almost all of which fell down to the world
below. I did not want to see the inside of the elf-o-mat, so the rubies
had to be returned before the wraith found out.
I lost a total of 382 red rubies from Stern's treasure chest. Fortunately
28 mortals helped me by returning the rubies to the donation box in
the Mvsevm. The top 3 consists of:
1. Aquila with a staggering total of 119 returned rubies.
2. Xar with 50 returned rubies.
3. Armitace with 39 returned rubies.
As Aquila managed to find almost one third of all the lost rubies, he will
receive, for one year, the title of 'Finder of Lost Gems'.
All participants can go to the Office of the Arch of Events in the Abyss
of the Sparkle Tower and claim a small reward. As long as they don't tell
the wraith of the incident ofcourse.
