hile I am no longer present, I have been working with multiple leadership systems. And while I no longer know what Genesis looks or functions like, I do know how to deal with a non-functional leader in an unknown situation - cycle possible solutions until one works. Based on the Genesis I know, I would force leaders to rotate to a new person (perhaps making a previous one ineligible for the position for a few rotations) every set amount of time. Unless there are persuasive reasons not to, such as perhaps the Nazzie position. Trinity
