Re: RE: Dormant PvP Abilities that hinders your movement

There's no " remove/drastically reduce pdeath exp penalty and expand pvp metagame/blocking+hunting abilities " option, so I chose to leave the abilities as-is. An old-fashioned game trying to survive in 2021 should not have a death penalty that it takes months to recover from. It is possible to enco...

Re: Death penalty

There should be a penalty for pdeath, but certainly not as large a penalty as there is now. For your average myth who isn't free to grind 8+ hours/day, it's a recovery time usually measured in months. This is patently ridiculous for a pvp penalty, and I think the majority of players agree. Dark Soul...

Re: Underlying cause and proposed solution to broken trust

Regarding pkill death and how the immense penalty has affected the current conversation: Removing the exp loss portion of pkill death is something I've been an advocate of for a long time. That in itself would have alleviated a huge amount of the drama surrounding recent events. An ancient game sur...

Re: Balances, or whatever

"I really hope you did not actually use this as a reason for your alliance and agression against the DA's."

Wow, even Cherek is using their narrative :D

No, the Alliance was created in response to member guilds being attacked/killed.

Re: Balances, or whatever

4. Wrong, yet again! Neidar racial hatred does not apply to white hits. DS aside, why would a tank guild that largely uses a 1H + Shield setup benefit from a change buffing white hits and dual wielding (a skill we don't have)? We get 1/2 the white hits, and take more damage... actually you are wron...

Re: Upcoming Changes.

Thanks Arc. My experience has been that things are much harder though semi survivable as my magic char. Much less powerful than before. I have no other char. It does seem like it's taking more time to kill as well which is odd given that none of the changes should have affected that Doesn't help in...

Re: Thank you, Wizards

I agree - wizards have been VERY responsive and receptive to mortal feedback as of late.
