Re: Carrying capacity and fatigue
I agree that it's stupid. But tactically, you only need one empty vial, if you're willing to do the prep work. You can mix only one potion at a time, afterall. Of course it is possible. As well as making more potions I do not need, to make vials lighter and emptying them when I need them. Or quaffi...

Re: Carrying capacity and fatigue
Hello, When we are at carrying capacity isssue, I'd like to ask: would it be a big problem to fix the weight of a glass vial? I know my compare is not exact but according to it a vial weights 260g. Making a potion reduces this weight significantly - potions weight.. from 8 to 80 grams. This looks a ...

Re: Perma-saving items
The change makes some imbued items to degrade but others stay forever (or till the next purge, whenver it may be). Who said anything about casters? You say that its wrong for some items to be undulling or unbreakable but it is fine for some imbues to last forver? I fully agree. I believe the best s...

Re: Perma-saving items
any nerf to current eq system will indirectly buff magic-users When the ever-lasting eq system was implemented, as a side effect of ever-lasting no dull weapons everyone except of casters (and monks) was buffed. Now, when fixing this side-effect is considered, some people noticed that this fix woul...

Re: 2019 Golden Egg Event feedback thread
All said in 2 posts above. I couldn't particpipate. I definitely prefer events which take longer time, so I can adjust Gen and RL world in some way. I understand some people may prefer such hardcore approach when you fully dedicate 2 days and its over, but even so, running it at Easter time was real...

Re: If the game were nerfed ...
As a caster I must admit I just don't get it. Well, lets say now a fighter deals more or less 2/3 damage from specials and 1/3 from white hits. If his specials will be nerfed he still stays with quite decent damage from white hits plus what is left from specials. A caster does 100% damage with spell...

Passing down in the Ghastly Keep
Hello, What's the idea behind INCREASING the number of kills required to go the lower level in GK? Promoting the non-quitting style? Staying idle on trigs for the night? Those who do it have a significant advantage now. I personally thought this limit should be lowered. These days if you play at eve...

I am not sure what is your mortal level, but pressuming you are not a myth - be careful with these uneads. They can stun.

Sorry I pressumed it is obvious, since it is "Genesis Web Client" section. Of course I am referring to the client.

Is there a limit on aliases?
Is there any kind of limit for aliases? From some time it seems mine aliases are full - when I add a new one it does not save after I quit. Some tests: look like the limit is dependent on the amount of text - when I delete a short one, I can add a short one. To add a long one (like a path) I need to...
