I would suggest include align factor to the guild. Dragon Army soldier should not be "holy".

Delete her char, restore once again as mortal, turn off web ranking, promote back to wizard and reasign her development back to her. It should fix the bug.

Are you sure the spellcraft skill helps restore mana faster?

Should it be someone who is in guild since nineties, or someone who played then and still is a ranger, even if he left the guild in the meantime, but back?
