One thing I thought of though was how tedious it is to have to travel to Sparkle to check the orbs all the time. Maybe it'll go against the idea of Sparkle as a hub, but have you thought about putting a "copy" of the domain-orb in the realm it belongs as well? On, or near the major crossr...

Just activated the quest orb for Gondor for hints. Many thanks to Gorboth, who is putting in precious hours customizing the hints for each domain.

I agree that if there is specific quest information, then the maps may be a bit much. On the other hand, these are very excellent maps and unless the person who originally made them is willing to create "cleaner" versions of them, I think the benefit of the maps to new players may be great...

Yes, I did update the links on the Genesis Web site and also removed the non-working links. However, it is a bit hard to find, and we should probably make it one of the main "menu" links at the top. I'll work with Tapakah to try and make it more prominent so that it was be accessed by new ...

This is really a cool idea. I did something similar a long time ago with a "room/item code generator" where it was a menu based system where you can add items and descriptions (short, long, etc) and it would auto generate code for you. I imagine that anyone with any kind of web coding know...

Really? I wasn't aware there was a limitation in the game against newbies. I'll look into the reason for such a limitation. If I had to guess, it was just to avoid people randomly create new characters just to spam things as has happened in the past.

It appears that by default you cannot send PMs until you have posted 3 times. I believe you just reached it, and you should be able to send PMs now. I'm going to see if I can change it so that validated game players automatically get the ability to send PMs, even without reaching the 3 post limit.
