That doesn't solve the issue of healing imbues, resistances and anything else that doesn't need to be worn 100% of time for you to get some utility. Can't eat the cake and have it too.

I think perma-gear is exactly the reason to care way less about quality of donations being too good. Stuff is just worth less nowaday because everything saves forever or until it breaks. Especially with weapons - either it's (close to) best in class damage wise or nondulling or it's pretty much garb...

Without spoiling too much, some answers from Krynn warfare afficionado: 1) Currently Icewall respawn is broken, npcs hardly respawn at all, or at rate too low to make it conquerable. Same way you can't flip newly conquered area, because it shows there's stily tiny force present, even if it's complet...
