It seems like i have had my question answered.
The both prog bars doesnt match at all.
And as kiara quoted, the quest prog is way to easy to max out.
The conclusion to this is that minimal quest prog is less XP then minimal normal prog.

Hope someone can shed some light on this...
Lets say i do a quest and recieve minimal quest progress.
Then i go grinding and recieve minimal "normal" progress.
Are these progresses equal...? Minimal quest prog and minimal normal prog from grinding....

There is indeed two sides of this, it do take away the edge of hoping you can survive certain enviroments such attacks,quests etc, when the result aftwerwards can be extremely satisfying.
