There seems to be some kind of requirement to join it and when you fulfill them you get some kind of error message when trying to join. I found the Garou guild. And ...

Is there any Wizard available to check in a while? Need to get some inactive players banned from the White arm tower, since we got anew apprentice incoming we apparently need more room.
