Could always add special requirements for new gamecontent that requires a tank class (else npc deals much more damage). In this case, tank-classes must exist in a reasonable manner for all factions to avoid content lockout. Example: Deep one of Cthulhu requires either an AA, Neidar or (knight or ??)...

Ideally, those two guilds should duke it out all over ME. Scirmishes, ambushes, battles etc, on equal footing.

That would be awesome to watch.

Sure, AA got some stealthyskills, but they are classified as a 'fighter'-guild and follows the taxrules etc as a figherguild.

Could be that rangers are classified as such aswell though.

FK and Kenders are pure occ rogueclasses, but naturally, with different focuses.

I dont disagree with you on the evil rogue options. I just dont agree that evil players only have 3 occ melee options. They have all the "neutral" ones as well. - Same as the good players. Keep in mind that I said Evil occ melee options. We naturally have the neutral ones aswell as fine additions. :)

Perhaps what counted most for the decison of making FK was, no designated stealthclass availabie there beside what you can do with mercs. This is a good response. Even if we pretend that archers are 100% neutral and remove them from the list, the number of guildoptions on evil side is still smaller than on the opposite spectrum. well i like to disagree... Fire Knives is a guild that adds nothing to the realms.... because simply there are too many guilds waiting for a recode.... New guilds get this insane amount of power while old guilds with some nice lore gets ignored. not blaming the wizards, its a game build on voluntee...

I would try this: If engaged in combat, your movement to a different room takes approximatey 2 seconds. That second may be reduced or increased depending on factors like, encumberance etc.

That should induce some hunting / running scenarios that doesnt include 'runbacktoguildonabutton'-incidents.
