Re: Regarding quest experience

I know it's not just that, but I think that some changes could be beneficial. Right now Genesis is a bit too chore-based (chore to do questing, chore to grind) and not enough rp-based in my opinion. I guess it wouldn't be so bad if quest rewards actually reflected the effort required to complete th...

Re: Regarding quest experience

- quests are still present but instead giving qexp they give general exp. Exp gain from them has been significantly increased to make questing a worthwhile path of character development. It didn't stopped playerbase decline when it was implemented :) + from what I've heard (I've never died with my ...

Re: Thoughts on changes

Gstat - the real issue is with blademasters here it seems and already at 8 links they are decent layman option. Adding last two links just put a cherry on top. Pretty reasonable change overall. Items - very good change with just one issue - bazookas are once again privileged in this game (when dmg i...

I know how it is and that's why - at the very beginning - I stated that imho it's a mistake. I tried to convince you. I failed. Happens.

Re: Global layman guild review

That stuff is thematics... Not including 'thematics' (strict align restrictions, allowed races etc) in balance 'big picture' is a fundamental mistake in these calculations imho. Such limits / bonuses impact actual gameplay heavily. And remove align btw :P Using thematics/roleplay as a justification...

Re: Global layman guild review

1 - you usually formulate your arguments from the "nerf X" perspective, rather than "let's make guild A, B and C better somehow so that they match in power (somewhat at least) with guild D". If you think that warlocks are so overpowered, where were you in the arguments that we had for at least a fe...

Re: Global layman guild review

But im also curious what the players feel like is missing and how they would see a recoded monks layman guild. I would like to see them as an offensive 'solo' option - but with restrictions in armour-wearing, teaming etc. a) you can't wear armour b) but you have great offensive special c) plex is k...
