That stuff is thematics... Not including 'thematics' (strict align restrictions, allowed races etc) in balance 'big picture' is a fundamental mistake in these calculations imho. Such limits / bonuses impact actual gameplay heavily. And remove align btw :P Using thematics/roleplay as a justification...

Also listening to Kvator is inherently a bad idea. Templars are fine as they are. Quite powerful actually. Fix the rank progression on OotS.. - Nerf Warlocks and EW (align restrictions should be added to Warlocks as well) - Boost Templars and Minstrels - Change Tricksters into craft guild - Archers are unplayable in both OCC and layman versions - Monks lay is prolly crap as well (not aware if there were any changes to it recently) Thank you

like the steal skill, as we all know kenders don't steal. Imho pick pocket should be removed completely and kenders shouldn't be able to steal 'on-command'. Instead auto-borrow should happen more often with close to 100% success rate (gems and coins excluded as they're not interesting for kender). ...
