The loot the wights drop is still quite valuable. It would just be a pain looting it all. But, for the larger people. Trollshaws! Troll Shop and your typical greedy dwarf money changer right in the caves. If I remember right it's about 180 platinum after looting everything and minimizing the coins.

Any idea when the blacksmiths forges will be up and running again? I usually repair/mend my own armors but now I have to travel for a forge.

The Ranger's voting system might be a good one to mimic. Elections every 6 months and guild members can impeach the Captain. Maybe just label it different things for different guilds?
