Don't know what is simplest, but a couple of suggestions. Newbiehelpers can mute newbies in channel, for login/period/something 1 second dealy before using ntell again, standard. Fixes most repeat spam and doesnt annoy long conversations, only small talks on seperate lines. newbiehelper can kick peo...
