Re: Stopping script-buying on the Auction House

For A, I think this may not solve the problem, and people might find ways to adjust their scripts to still script-buy stuff. And if you do it too annoying to buy something in order fool the scripts it'll be a annoying to buy for non-scripters too. Are we talking about the same problem? It seems lik...

Re: Marking in colour one word

Minor necro, but with the hilight issue I think it's worthwhile to add some kind of exemption or else just a special trigger because it would allow the user to store a map of keywords and colors/background-colors that could be modified from the command line. For example, I could make an alias so tha...

Gorbo, I need you to call me on the phone and tell me before you do things like this so I can get there first.

Re: Imbuement and Armour Changes ...

Jar's delayed buy-now seems like a move in the right direction, but it's still defeating BN... What about just ignoring BN for the first five minutes of an auction? Re: Imbuement and Armour Changes ...

What should decide? If you want it to be purely economic then buyouts could be removed, but that should probably be considered carefully first. Even in that case though the argument could be advanced, "Why do the people with more plats get to decide?" or we could see a lot of one hour auct...

Re: Imbuement and Armour Changes ...

Couldn't you solve it by writing a script? (Or asking for one?)

Re: Size matters

Closing down things that nobody uses wouldn't result in anyone going away, as nobody who knows about them would care. And at the same time somebody who is exploring the donut wouldn't be wasting his time on some godforsaken piece of no content where he wouldn't even meet others. You contradict your...
