I have a really hard time understanding what it is you fear will go so horribly wrong? Are there any guilds that will be broken? Good is still good and evil is still evil... Any xp places that will explode or the balance of them go totally wrong? Qualinost and ents will still be very holy, GK and mi...

It is not about single grind areas or which side does or does not lack grind areas. The way good-align is gained takes at least 10 times as long as it takes ...

Cherek metions one point that matters a lot: Distribution of grinders. At higher end , if I recall correctly, most of the areas with highest xp footprint are neutral or good aligned. Locking evil out of some of these may require development of new evil only grinders to balance it out, unless we wan...

They could also meet halfway of where things are now. If you turn evil at a rate of 10 points per goodie kill, and 1 point good per evil kill (just to use random numbers)... It could make sense to make it be 5 points for either way. It will be faster for evils to become good.. and slower for goodies...

As Cherek said, with several hundred sturdy bracers/greaves in the game already, you wont be seeing the droprate as it will look in 2-3 months when all of those are broken. This is the issue with tweaks on something that deals with diminishing returns. Does it suck now, yes. Will it suck in 3 months...

Or perhaps it is just forcing people to begin exploring the realms to find alternatives. People have become too used to have a specific super item, so thinking about anything else doesn't cross their mind. If you're hungry and can't get the exact thing you want the most, you don't just go back home ...
