I think the idea of making nod-dull weapons worse than the dulling ones is great.
You shouldn't be able to get all the awesomeness in one neat package.

You forgot to update the "hope of new players" from 22 compare to 21, to 23 compared to 22.

Beside that, I hope that you will soon be able to track character alignment, and not supposed guild alignment.
I doubt that a whole lot of people in a neutral guild are actually neutral.

Now we just need a bunch of new levels in the compare command.

Maybe dwarves get more benefits from being drunk and able to drink more, maybe a resistance to poisoning ( based on standard effects of good con) hobbits could get more benefits from food their hunger drops quicker so they can eat more, Dwarves already have that through the Rockfriends guild I beli...

As part of this new change to damage, I think it would be wise to also look at enhancers. As it is now, a lot of REALLY good weapons are enhancing spells. I think that is a very bad way to do. Giving an XP incentive to kill other players will just increase griefing.
Those who love PvP will clap their hands and go on a spree, while everyone else will sit tight in their homes or just stop playing if they don't have a team that might be powerful enough to repel these attacks.
