The herb-wraps were there in 2000ish to at least 2002, probably all the way up till the time the herbs were made a heap-object and would recover as one per herb type.

Most of us should remember these, and abeit they are now obsolete for the recovery purpose, they would be quite nice for the auction house, as we could then actually sell a fair amount of herbs there without having to fill up three pages (Habiki, shame on you )
