Re: Second, deadly, encounter with Morrison
And if they stop playing because of a group of people is trying to fight back against their aggression... well... what can I say. Guess they'll just have to do like anyone else? Don't join an aggressive type of guild if you cant accept being a target for repercussions. There are plenty of options t...

Re: Second, deadly, encounter with Morrison
You know, something just struck me. Part of the stated goal of this event is to break the mage dominance and have them stop being bullies. So the response has been to bully the bullies. What seems to be happening is that more and more people are putting themselves up against the mages and becoming,...

Re: Death lost the bet!
Now it is up to everyone to consider if it was something positive for the game or not. Should people be able to do this? Run out and just attack someone without having to consider the consequences more then loosing their equipment? How can you defend something like this in a rp way(I already claime...

Re: Death lost the bet!
That's not really true. I started the event BEFORE the change to death penalty. Without having any idea it was going to happen. Actually, I calculated the rewards for the event based on dying with penalty. Which now seems a little bit high since you don't lose anything. So... for me personally the ...

Re: Death lost the bet!
Since Gorboth uses a similar approach of screenshotting the population to give the numbers of activity compared to years before I'd say it is a more than accurate enough representation for me to know who has been active and who hasn't. Your once per day is different than a several snapshots at vari...

Re: Death lost the bet!
I disagree with you Amorana. One person went and attacked a Morgul myth. And one person who hasn't really been active since the end of the Scavenger Event "started" a mage-hunting event. That is hardly a change in PvP. Please reread the second half of the note. :) I sufficiently address y...

Re: Death lost the bet!
So far it hasn't changed that much. I would disagree with this. Champions are attacking Myths, moreover, Myth Morguls. A member of an un-recoded guild is attempting to start a mage-hunting event. People are actually seeking out gear with challenging Morguls in mind. These are all unheard of things ...

Re: Death lost the bet!
I agree with a lot of what you are saying but I don't think eliminating PvP would change it. Instead I think a change to the death penalty, something that would be time based instead of xp based. If you "die" in battle you recieve a wound to a part of your body which will hinder you in so...
