Re: Map and the donut

I love the magic map in the game it feels like a hand made map someone give it is both simple yet detailed. Plus wow, the game world is big. I didn't expect tutorii isle to be as big as it us. Don't laugh but I got lost in the farmers field and the forest a few times, I had to keep looking at my ma...

Re: Map and the donut

Totally agree with you Drazson... the magic map has been a game changer for Genesis. For me, it convinced me to come back to Genesis and add maps to all the areas I coded over a decade ago pre-magic map. And there were a lot of areas I coded! :) And there are still many more areas to be done... Gene...

Re: Mapping Tools

No word of a lie, Britanica did a wonderful job of Terel. Brit also did Kabal, including the boat from Sparkle. Beautiful ascii!

Re: Ulric, Knight of the Black Rose

I think the quest is the intro that you are all crying for with regard to "is Kender life for me". You have to put yourself in the kender shoes and explore. I found it to be really fun and enriching. The other problems discussed with SS I cannot dispute. Under powered for fighting, but sometimes it...

Re: Ulric, Knight of the Black Rose

Arman, I was not talking about only kender. I believe that making things easier will make things worse. Quantity of members is not a way to judge a guild but on the quality. Kenders needs some changes, they make less damage than a layman guild, they tank worse than one as well. There is a hard code...

Re: Ulric, Knight of the Black Rose

Interesting thread. Although I am leaning more towards Cot's line of thinking. And I think people need to go back and re-read the Dragonlance Chronicles before dictating what the knights should be. Now that I am on the podium though, and more active in this space, talking about the knights and thei...

Re: What does the future hold?

You know not the facts of what has transpired here, and thus you should refrain from assuming such things. There has been a lot of communication going on, and we're basically agreed on how things should be. Will agree on that... hence my preface :). I just don't get why you made this a public discu...

Re: What does the future hold?

Ok, just want to preface this with this being my opinion as an outsider looking in. The Army of Angmar has been around for a long time with minimal leadership or management.. with what little there had been driven by whoever was the most powerful, and a handful of popular soldiers being able to hold...

Re: Krynn combat areas

Afraid i can't help you there. Trelgorn wasn't part of the original warfare areas as far as I remember. It isn't part of Dragonlance lore, so I couldn't even tell you where it possibly may link to :). What I can tell you is it DEFINITELY is an incomplete area (barely class it as started) consisting...
