I have never heard about any changes to global steal either for as long as I've been in the wizard community, and from a player perspective steal seem to work as it always has, as long as I can remember. I do not remember when you could steal worn and wielded items, it must have been very long ago....

By christmas is a Genesis term for saying that it will come, but not idea when. Could be next month, could be the next decade.

Invis should be cancelled upon a failed attempt at stealing.

After an attempt at stealing, no matter if it is failed or successful, there should be a cooldown before the thief can try again.

Or some other form of AoE damager. Something that can be thrown or triggered and damage invisible people. (Is something like this already in the game? I've not come across anything like it yet..
