Re: BDA special
Celephias: He is goodie biased and wants to spread false rumours so the evils think they arent as underpowered as they really are? Cherek - this is so juicy and can spawn a monkey sh*t fight of posts, so I'm going to leave it alone (Besides I don't want to be on admin's radar as a rabble rouser. ;-))

Re: BDA special
My money is on Petros for accurate information. Not only does he have access to any info he wants, he understand the mechanics *very* well, so I'm sure he knows exactly what he's looking at.
As for lying, I see no profit in that for him, so I think its unlikely.

Re: Mercenary Layman
why do that? does AA lay branch cut smash/smack skill by 50%? I believe in another thread Petros indicated as much, but perhaps I misread/misunderstood. I understood him as AA special does half damage for layman members (with the same skill level) You are correct Zar - the skill level is not halved...

Re: huh ?
I'd like to second/third/whatever the sentiment. From whatever I've seen, even with disagreements, I think Ilrahil is a positive player for the game and hope he returns.
For now I guess, the enemies of the Blue Dragon Army have an opportunity to make some gains with the General away....

Re: Morgul Mage Discussion - power, grinding, balance
I think to get your answer re: grinding all you need to do is look at the rankings. If we were that good, we'd own those lists. Its not like mages aren't putting in the time. We are, however, kicking the crap out "The Craftsmen" ;-) For anyone with real experience or information (versus co...

Re: Hektor 3 shots a Necro Titan for being a Necromancer
There's nothing in my note to suggest someone dies because I want them dead. You certainly have opinions on balance, but seemingly little in terms of facts. Is it balanced that a knight (for example) can grow much, much faster than a mage with the same amount of game time invested? Is it balanced th...

Re: Hektor 3 shots a Necro Titan for being a Necromancer
A, for the most part, excellent discussion. Its interesting to see people's interest and thoughts on the guild. Amberlee hit the nail on the head pretty well. A melee guild will out-grind the Society by a mile. But yes, if we're prepared and have done our homework, we can take down pretty big NPCs. ...

Re: Hektor 3 shots a Necro Titan for being a Necromancer
I was checking out this thread while playing and had to laugh a bit. I forget who on this thread claimed that MM's we the best grinders or whatever (Cherek?). From my login tonight, during which all I did was grind: last Login time : Tue Apr 19 00:44:40 2011 Duration : 3 h 27 m stats You have made s...

Re: Hidden Imbuement
I personally look at all the loot from my kills as well. You never know when something might change! I also check out my enemy during the fight. I grind pretty slowly so I have plenty of time to look around ;-) I also am loathe to leave behind anything valuable. Even if we don't get what we're askin...
