Toothbrush does exist. Scepter is one of the items on there that does not. While "Sceptre" appears in game "Scepter" does not. Or maybe its vice versa. Off the top of my head I can't think of some of the other ones but there are handful I've gotten in the past that are unattainable

A game is built around annoying obstacles players have to overcome. Sometimes it makes sense to tweak those obstacles to improve the game. I do believe there is a tax paid for specific attributes to racks. Which is why they are not all formatted the same way.
