I think the whole promise thing is a bit retarded in the first place since the joining procedure is based on player interaction. Sure you promise to join, allowed in and then what? no one is arround, you gonna be stuck there until someone with the ability to vouch eventually -maybe- shows up?

For me it has been that I enterred x item for x amout of money, no sell and I get the item back. All well and fine there.
However next time I enter it (at a discount this time) it vanishes, no item in the list, no notice of credit on the paddle, nothing.
