bug using arrows

I just changed the arrows in my quiver from narrow-headed arrows to leaf-headed arrows (because I wanted to see the difference) and got the following wierd error (in red). Note: it started working normally after I took out the first arrow and used it.

This is a plain leather quiver, used by elven archers for holding arrows. Elven runes have been stitched into the side of it that read 'help archers help'.
It is open.
The plain leather quiver (open) contains many leaf-headed arrows.

You nock a leaf-headed arrow and draw your sleek ashwood longbow, aiming carefully at the fetid old zombie.
