bug using arrows

I just changed the arrows in my quiver from narrow-headed arrows to leaf-headed arrows (because I wanted to see the difference) and got the following wierd error (in red). Note: it started working normally after I took out the first arrow and used it.

CHeck so that they arent in your inventory instead of the quiver?
