MUDLIB question - admin user

Hi all, I've been playing around with the Genesis mudlib & MudOS (for nostalgia's sake, I did the MUD thing in the 90's, mostly LPMuds, and have been checking out old codebases) but am not able to figure out how to create an admin user. Anyone happen to know?
