That's a gruesome story. Cherek managed to survive somehow and he's immortal now. Gorboth did you raise him from the dead? He seems lively. I sometimes remind myself that 'Monika didn't make mistakes' but this story... Slaughter.
If there were more stories of Angmar heroes and heroine that would be amazing. I am curious and wondering what happend with the library, it seems abandoned... The librarian must have retreated from many angry angmar warriors. (Knowing what happened to the old pub I think that was right decision)
Berwyn listens to the story and shouts: Angmar! Angmar!! ANGMAR!

Check out the rest of the website that was designed by Deproelius around... what? Almost 20 years ago? You navigate around it like the old Angmar guild :).

Anyway, the library is where there are a few more stories:

Then there are some from the Alliance of Elnoven webpage, from the alternative perspective:

My personal favourite is this one, Victory on the High Seas :)

Shadow Genesis could aspire to this level of... content. Alas the author's gone and doesn't seem to be coming back. We are different nowadays, as the main focus is top level, we tend to reach for ready solutions. I think some of us are missing the point and instead of glory and fame simply grab an ax and grind their way up to the top. While ther's nothing wrong with grinding, I think there is more to Genesis than just this superficial layer. Wars and various themes give the opportunity to roleplay, a hashashin for instance, in conflict with crusader states. But this seems to be omitted in all this mess! How to get it right...

Pff. That story does not mention the countless of times the opposite happened. And with opposite I mean me "strategically retreating" and hiding out until she left the area. I was very successful at that!

Prefer the ones with Amberlee the tiny ranger pupil dropbrawling 3 weapons in a row from Monika, and Monika saying "Ok you get to live today.." before leaving :P
