Census quest

Need help with quests? Maybe just some advice on which guilds to choose? This is the forum for you. Note that you must be a validated player to view this forum. (Note: Quest help should come in the form of helpful suggestions/hints, but not direct solutions/walkthrough info.)

Maybe something Carlsan could say to them to alert them of that fact?
As many think that they must finish it in order to move on.
If something I wrote sounds confusing ... assume you misunderstood it.

I have made the change. Needed signatures = 10. Required game age = 5d.

People will need to relog to have their signature books updated.
