Nils and co need it...
Because they intentionally die _so_ many times.
To adjust stats and milk guild exp.
I would rather that they had to walk around with the 100s of scars visible.

could be interesting if first scar removal cost x, second cost 2x, then 3x.....

It would be cool if you could tweak the scars too. Name them or something.
To illustrate what the death meant to you.
Like
"T winces in pain as he rubs the angry red scar on his left cheek, grumbling something about fcking Calians"
"T points at the thin scar on his shoulder and extols 'Minas Tirith really means it when they say don't smuggle drugs.' "
"T laughs wistfully as he strokes the faded white scar on his nose. 'Ahh to be a noob again!'"
