New Uptime
With the new uptimes, have things such as once per arma quests been fixed? Have drop tables been redesigned again? Have limits on rare and magical items been increased?

own experience so far:
I see good gear dropping already (1 day into arma?) and some of it is saving (maybe it was already before - don't know)
