Restored players

You mentioned in another thread that several people had been restored. What can possible be the circumstances that could grant you such a free card?

I for one have died for several reasons, One time from a bug (I even had proof in a log), however it was not deemed as a case for me to be restored. What possible reason can beat a game disfunction?

To sum it up,
I want to know whos back I need to scratch to get theese kind of advantages.

I think it depends on the bug that kills you, some are more critical than others.


I was restored once with Freya actually, a couple of years ago, as a vamp I killed a draconian in Pax(one that burns after death)and was killed instantly, fvw to dead, this with a con well over supreme...

Was restored due to some resistance thingy had bugged out and I had taken 10,000hp damage from the fire that should take like 100hp.

I got screwed as a vamp as well when Saya, Hades and I attacked Hektor. Needless to say he went after me, and in one spell I was killed (Think I was a titan) FVW to Death.

Never got a restore and from what I understand a modifer was off.

Players are restored if a bug happens to scratch their back. Anyone wanting to scratch my back would be well advised to consult with my old masseuse first. The poor bloke looks like Captain Hook, but with both hands having been replaced!

Well, I know I reported the issue, and it was deemed a bug and I wasn't restored. So did the bug decided I wasn't worth. Granted old water under old bridge.
