Is it me or do imbued items just not drop from soldiers on the plains?

I found imbuements on both BDA, Neidars, and Knights on the plains.. but sometimes when i want hunt for em, they are very rare, and when i dont want to hunt for them, go grind and just gather eq, i find alot.. its very random where and when they drop i think..

But still a good way tho.

Would be handy if you could use mail aliases in Sanction VK and Iron Delving to mail BDA,RDA,POT,TKOT,STUNTIE,NIGGET and get to their respective leaders based on hard coded rank systems they have.

But sort of in reverse, as it is not practical for BDA General to attack VK or Iron Delving to get in and write them a mail about a peace treaty. So the mail commands would be available to guild members in the guilds home PO to mail the others. And vistors enquiring about joining to use the home PO only to mail those guilds.
