Boss Npc's where are all the goodies?

Was thinking about this.
Would you agree nearly all the big nasty boss npc's we have in the game are evil characters?

Only Goodie "bosses" I can think of are.
Gamalus Guard of Gelan
Calian guild guardian
Gilbert protector of Drakmere.
Lord of Drakmere.
Tom Bombadil.
Calof Lord of Kalaman.
Baxter guard captain of Kalaman.
Shaman in Solace.
Elrond (not reachable or attackable)
Elfhelm in Edoras
Inn Guards in Edoras.
Ents
Garen the fallen knight (neutral?).
Camp ranger captain in Ithilien (hardly worth a mention)
Rose Knights on the Plains (Again not really a boss)

Who am I missing?

Gamalus is scary with his magic abilities (has killed more I know of than any other on the list), unfortunately he keeps getting buffed.
Calian guild guardian is a huge challenge, toughest guild guardian I can think of.
Out of the rest I would say Gilbert is the most challenging to manage to kill.
(I hear Gilbert has changed to be more defeatable now but it is still a race before he flees)
And I would say Edoras/Ents are tied for the most dangerous (probably only fatal if you loose your connection).

Neutral "Bosses" I would consider as
Alexander Guard Captain of Gont
Loran Raider in Gont (evil?)
The GWT trident guy in Thalassia
Jadestone doll
Arlenn

Evil "bosses"
There are a bunch!
Bigger, Badder, More Rewarding and More Frequently killed?

I forgot
High Lord of Kabal (a genuinely scary boss who I have seen kill more ppl than Gamalus)
Captain of Elite Guard in Kabal

Are they both goodies or neutral?

both Kabal dudes are (imo) goodie, while Solace shaman is neutral
Atlas (golden trident - not great war trident) is goodie and even Shale is slightly goodie

I never explored Elrond's home much, but wasn't he a "boss"?

you mention Baxter (without remark) and then other dudes with remarks about their "worthiness to mention"

Colin I would say is Neutral same as Shale.
But Yeah your totally right about Qualthas, another of the goodie Bosses.

Surprised the Atlas is goodie since it is obvious Calian's will want to get the Trident.
Maybe that is why you defeat and not kill him huh.. (I'd say no need to kill him makes them neutral)
Add the Sybarite Khopesh gal to the neutral list?

I am totally not sure about Urian being goodie tho, since he hangs with a Thanarian mage...

Oh and Baxter is a boss.
He calls guards to come and help him..
Guess that makes the noblewoman in the Kabal highlord's castle a goodie boss too..
Dam these goodies are mean! :P

Khaaz in the Forsaken Inn as a Goodie Boss.
(Quite a dangerous fight, only significant "Boss" I think we missed)
The Paladine follower woman in Mithas another goodie, not much of a boss.

Lyden in Tyr as a neutral.
Doppelgänger in Bloodsea as neutral.

I think we about got them all. (Tho if you think of another please add them)
But only a handful of them really qualifying as a boss fight, imo.

How would you rate them in terms of difficulty to kill special tactics needed, minimum number of people required, danger / chance of being killed when trying, reward in doing so? Or some other way you want to classify a fight as being with a "boss"...

What goodie npc bosses are we missing / would you like to see added?
