How easy is it to set up a gank these days?

And how often do you suffer from bot KS'ing you?

Personally, not very often. What usually happens is this when it occurs: 1) "Bot" enters, and leaves for some other room. 2) "Bot" enters and attacks my target, he/she is warned, and quickly disengages and go for some other room.
