You notice some smoke signal coming up somewhere from the land of Raumdor.

I was killing the roc upon Icewall and saw this. Anyone know what it could be?

I don't believe I should mention specific guild abilities, but that is most likely not the rangers. You should ask your guild members and I am sure some of them know what it is.
