It is not possible to go back to Tutori Island. I guess the quests in the newbie area are listed on Sparkle orb for convenience and i have no problem with that.

When the orbs were done any quests that were no longer available to a player were supposed to not be visible.

For Example the Goblin Caves Prisoner quest is 4 parts. But if you skipped part 2 and completed the quest it wouldn't show a blank spot. It would just be gone from sight because it was no longer available for that character to do.

Yeah Zestana is right. Quests not available should not be visible. We've recently introduced a quest orb in the tutorial, obviously it has caused them to show up in the Sparkle orb which they should not.
