Ideas for Repeatable Quests?

So it is entirely speculative that any of this would even be considered by the powers that be but even so it can't hurt to think about.

So without getting caught up in huge ideas requiring lots of developement. What are meaningful tasks players already do/could do that would be worthy of a significant qexp reward?
Ideally would be open to large portions of the player pop.

Would be nice if it encouraged teaming.. Team quests yay
Reward could be shared evenly among all participants.
If there are winners and loosers could be 60/40

Runs like a mini event and u can easily see what is on offer

Current alternatives to just grinding team activities, some are currently v rare
-defending vingaard keep
-conquering war plains in Krynn
-defending calia
-playing fireball in calia
-defending sparkle
-trying to kill epic bosses like the balrog
-roleplaying, I think actors club even put on plays
-fighting guildwars
-attacks on tough guild homes
-wizdays players vs wizzies
-scavenger hunt (not that much teaming but do co operate)
-mudsex in sybarus baths (included that one for the Shadow Union)
-others I missed?

Could maybe copy liberally from existing events code and create something in Middle Earth.
Anything to do with Isengaard and Helms Deep would be cool,. Ents attack Isengaard, Uruk-Hai helms deep.
Isengard is a big cool area that is rarely appreciated by players.

I've gone ahead and implemented a qxp penalty for this one.
