Their description of Genesis from the homepage isn't descriptive at all, and the detailed description when you click on it is unfortunately out of date and inaccurate.

i don't have a way to effect that. Only admin can do that.

Those topmud sites do not have active and responsive administration. We have attempted to get things updated there without success.

Is there any way we can put the link on the login? I think some kind of reminder would be great for players. Or a way players could sign up for a daily reminder with a link to vote?

Do we know how many players we get from mud sites? If any.
I don't want to be negative. But I know I've never been on the site and thought oh I'll try that one.

I'm thinking in future most new players will beppl who didn't know muds existed and heard from a friend on Facebook etc.

The SubReddit/r/mud is quite frequented by either people new to muds or people who used to play muds and are looking for a new one to play because the one they used to play isn't around anymore. Often times people on reddit will direct people to the mud site lists and suggest trying those on the top of the list. So it does benefit us to be in the top 20 from that standpoint.

Unfortunately ... mudstats hasn't pulled our data correctly for some time. And the admin there is basically gone. So no way to fix it.
