Consider this

Make stealing like a special, after the command is sent, it takes awhile to take something, would combat the triggersteal spam shit

Also I declare the rules don't apply to these seconds that go around stealing.
Repeated killing is warranted.

Why would it be against the rules in a first place?
Repeated stealing warrants repeated killing, doesn't it?

Aand its happening again -.- Another little shithead

CHANGE PICKPOCKET. One item per theft MAX and the same CD, stealing a heap of herbs from out of a jar is just idiotic. Limit it to one goddamn item.

Well since everyone can walk around with hundreds of weapons and armours in their pockets, stealing hundreds of herbs doesn't seem all that unrealistic?:)

Then it shouldnt be a handfull, 100 handfulls is a shovelfull :P Strwise its not impossible, its the sizewise thats wide, and even that has a limit.

Spamstealing while failing 99/100 times without reveal - gigantic problem.
You win at stealing: Good boy
You fail at stealing: Invis broken. (Preferably with sticky situation for head smashing)

It's THAT simple.
Still the best option.
