Love the change! I think it's quite neat. Curious, though, why there are levels listed that can't be achieved?

The maximum level I can reach is 'extremely rapid pace.' Is this working as intended or do I have something wrong?
Edit for clarification: I'm extremely rapid pace, wield a runie, still extremely rapid pace

New changes are always great, just looking for some clarification on this one.

Question what speed level would have SU on sway with your eq Manglor? Maybe these additonal levels are for them?

Good question, not sure as we didn't have these indicators when Pad was SU.

Perhaps the last steps are bigger and bigger...
