As for water. It sure did not have any effect when I tested it with the old system. No idea what water does with the new system. I assume people have tested it and figured out if it does anything or not?:)

Mana regeneration is something we have to be very careful with. It is not analogous with health regeneration, in my opinion. Health allows you to do one thing - not die. Mana, as a mage, allows you to do ... everything. Providing the game an imbuement that further speeds the already increased mana regen which the new magic system provides is a highly dubious notion.
I have no plans to do this.
