Heard that combat and quest exp will no longer help you grow but will go entirely into your guildstat. You will only be able to grow through herbing (for the goodies) and stealing (for the baddies).
Part of the 'stop people from growing too big' campaign.

Edit: Forgot to mention that herbing will also be the only way to change your alignment. By eating the evil poisonous herbs your alignment will increase and eating the good restorative herbs will drop your align.
