It is day in the city of Sanction. Lava flows and smoke billows from three volcanoes looming ominously above the rooftops of this nightmarish city. The grayish-brown sunlight that makes it through the heavy low hanging clouds illuminates this twilight city. These solidly built piers have been shattered by the violent tremors from the erupting volcanoes. The piers stretch northwest and southwest from here. To the south stands a warehouse, and a pair of gates lead east into Sanction proper. A sign hangs on the wall of the warehouse. The temperature and the humidity in this place is very high, even for summer. 
There are four obvious exits: east, south, southwest and northwest.
