It seems as weird as the notion that magic guilds must
by definition be very exclusive in Genesis.
Over the years I have seen nothing that equates excluding
people, with interesting roleplay, and I wonder why it's
still seen as the truth by many people today.
The reason why a guild like the Shadow Union have had
some intersting roleplay going on, is that the creators
have created one of the richest enviroments for roleplay.
The wizards of Avenir have actually done alot to
encourange and nurture roleplay in their domain, and
I think it pays off.
It is not because of exclusivity of the Union guild
per se.
Do not doubt for a second that there are/have been
Shadow Warriors who was very poor roleplayers, just
as there have been some really good ones.
