One thing that occurs to me is if a guild leader or council member
is doing the quick-log to keep their char active, and knowingly
shirking in-game duties thus preventing other players from joining
and ultimately having fun with the game, then they are the ripest
candidates for having their title stripped so active players
can move on with guild life.
