Kas, what you describe is not a mortal problem. The wizards have guidelines
when they code their guilds and whoever approves them is the one that allows a
certain ability out into the game.
What we mortal can do is maybe to comment when we feel that something is amiss,
but apart from that it is really out of our hands. Saying that another guild
has something cool and my own guild doesn't help anything, since my own guild
doesn't pay the tax for it (most likely).
Rhynox, some people don't roleplay. Fine, their loss/gain. This game is still
meant to be a roleplaying game first but it is possible to can play if fully by
not doing so. But for those that do, changing the guild structures when they
might care about more then the collection of skills is not very good either.
