Well, there are SEVERAL board posts in last begging for a bank.

So a bank in Last would be awesome. Maybe people will start actually bounty
hunting, since then they will have where to deposit their money (or where to
withdraw from, to put more bounty).

Also might help newbies that hunt kobolds.
